Advancements in next-generation sequencing including RNA-seq and Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) have enabled profiling of individual cancer patients. We employ your RNA-Seq and WES data to annotate cancer-type specific network models to develop (i) mechanistic understanding of your tumors, and (ii) evaluate the role of specific biomolecular entities towards their therapeutic employment. The resulting personalized tumor models are simulated to devise outcomes with FDA-approved mono- and combinatorial personalized therapies.
